🛒 Preorder Policy

Some products sell out quickly, and some products are not stocked in our Auckland warehouse due to low demand. To make sure you can still purchase the items you want, we offer a preorder service on selected products.

🚚 Delivery Timeframe

  • Estimated Delivery: Preordered items are usually delivered within 30–40 days from the date of purchase. This timeframe covers production, quality checks, international shipping to our Auckland warehouse, and final delivery to your door.

  • Secure Your Item: Preordering ensures your product is reserved in advance and dispatched as soon as new stock arrives.

  • Combined Orders: If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, we may ship them separately to avoid delays. In this case, you’ll receive multiple tracking numbers.

  • Updates: We’ll keep you informed throughout the process. Once your preorder is on the way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

  • Delays: While we aim to meet the 30–40 day window, unexpected factors (such as customs, supplier delays, or high demand) may extend this timeframe slightly. If delays occur, we’ll update you promptly.

❓ Preorder FAQs

Can I cancel a preorder?

  • Yes – you may cancel within 24 hours of placing your preorder for a full refund.

  • After 24 hours but before dispatch from our Auckland warehouse, cancellations will incur a 10% cancellation fee.

  • Once dispatched from our Auckland warehouse, we’re unable to cancel or recall the parcel. If you wish to return it, you’ll need to ship the item back to our warehouse once received. In this case, we’ll issue a refund after deducting a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. (See more details about return and refund policy at here)

When will I be charged?

  • Preorders require full payment upfront at the time you place your order. This guarantees your product is reserved and prioritised when new stock arrives.
